I checked the website, wanted Air conditioning Filter Media 900x550, cost $24.60. Since I live nearby and visiting same street I went to collect it.
The girl t charged me $40 instead of $24.60 listed price, was very arrogant and would not listen. Also the filter was loose, not even packed, No part number..she just handed over the sheet.
I paid reluctantly $40, no receipt was also provided. Very un-professional, do not trust this company. Please be aware..

We have an Actron ducted air conditioning unit. It has brokendown in the hot summer weather. From the first phone contact to the first repair , everyone from Arrow air conditioning has been great, prompt, and professional. The service person, Chris, is very professional, skillful and friendly and provided all options. As a second repair work was required, and the weather is hot, I called them to arrange for the repair work to be carried out ASAP. The admin managers Alanah and Becca were very compassionate and prompt. The repair work was carried out on the same day. Service person Chris worked under
