Custom Air Conditioning provides a wide range of quality fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioning systems, for Heating and Cooling. Just like split systems, ducted systems are available in energy efficient Reverse Cycle Inverter technology. An Inverter system is a more advanced technology that means uninterrupted comfort and significant energy usage reductions for you.
Split system air conditioning simply means that the indoor and outdoor units are separated and connected together only by refrigerant piping and electrical wiring. Both Single split and Multi Head systems use inverter technology for energy savings and climate comfort, and are reverse cycle, for cooling in summer and heating in winter.

Custom Air Conditioning were so professional and efficient. The Office staff were great to deal with and the Installation Team with Brendan in charge we’re terrific. They installed the new air conditioner, took away the old one and cleaned up after themselves. I would have no hesitation in recommending Custom Air Conditioning. They have always shown to be knowledgeable and highly skilled in their work. I would have no problems recommending them for their service.

Having our a/c die in the midst of 35 degree weather and a week from Xmas was a nightmare. Whilst I got no response from a number of other businesses, Custom Air Conditioning were immediately responsive and helpful, with Kloey doing everything she could to juggle things to get us in before Xmas. Brendan arrived on time and was great to deal with, explaining everything he was going to look at, the potential problems and then exactly what he did...all in a way that I could undestand- I couldn't recommend these guys strongly enough.

Very good experience with them. Came to my place, made a quote, did not harass or pressure for the installation. Called them few months later, done deal, booked in 2 weeks, guys came down here finished the job in 6-7 hours. All very good and professional.

Custom Air is the firm I choose for residential air conditioning. They replaced an old ducted system with new. Do your research and if you tell them exactly what you want, you’ll get it. You won’t be disappointed. Unlike some others Steve the owner will treat you with respect. He listens, advises and understands. He does what you want without fuss and at the right price. Customer service is Custom Air’s strong point. Steve and his staff are very professional. They treated me with courtesy throughout the whole process from quote to installation. My parents have used Custom Air Conditioning for many, many years for the annual air conditioner servicing. Over that time they have always been extremely happy with the service, and they came to know the technicians as they remain with the company which says a lot. Sadly, both of my parents have now passed away and I have just had the final servicing attended prior to the house being sold. I can sincerely and highly recommend Custom Air Conditioning!
