Our facilities are fully equipped to inspect, repair, test and certify lifting equipment. All our facilities are also DNV 9001 compliant, accredited by NATA as Testing & Inspection as a laboratory and we are full LEEA Member.
Our workshop facilities are NATA accredited to an ISO / IEC 17025 and comply with all relevant Australian Standards. The premises are fully equipped to inspect, repair test and certify lifting equipment. Our workshop facilities also allow us to utilise non-destructive testing (NDT) technology involving NATA Accredited periodic Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) or Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI) of lifting points when required.
After a consultation, we provide you with concept and design services in-house. When we have arrived at a solution we can then have the item manufactured. Once manufacture the items can be load tested in house and also NDT if required. All completed in house you can be assured your certification of the item will be suitable for your requirements in the field.
