Disappointed with this business. We enquired about installing a custom made shed for our property and had the quote which was quick and professional. Through the time of putting down a deposit there was no indication that we would be waiting for the shed to be installed for over 6 months. Even though I asked this question on email and had to ring to ask only was I told that "maybe" earlier than 6 months and that I should be lucky as the lead time now is 8-9 months.
If your going to sell a service or product - reasonable timeframes are not half a year. Disappointed as we did want to support local

What can I say about Shedrite… they have been absolutely outstanding! From the moment Phil answered the phone to take my enquiry about a shed, I just knew that he was a genuine and honest guy that was there to assist!. (Unlike other companies!) He talked me through the process and what the steps would be. I signed up for the shed and then ended up signing up for a carport at the same time. He did explain given the time of the year of the installation (winter installation) it may be delayed which unfortunately it was by a week or so. This was absolutely no fault of theirs I must add. I researched many shed building sites for either a DIY project or full installation and found Shed Rite. Knowing what you want is the key. Shed Rite knew my requirements, and even though it was a small project, they provided fantastic customer service and updates that made the process easy. Project steps were done on time and the installation was done to a very high quality with neighbours commenting on the build. Phil took care of all aspects of my shed construction, from design through to build and lockup stage. I can't fault the quality of the work; the shed was built to millimetre accuracy. When you overhear the concreters praising the work of the earthmoving team, and then the shed construction team praising the work of the concreters, you know you've gone to the right place for a shed. Highly recommend.

Extremely pleased with Phil from Shed Rite Ellenbrook and his team. They went out of they way to ensure our huge shed, tucked discretely into the space we had planned. Nothing was to difficult and the quality of the shed and the installation and the pad was better than we could have expected.

Extremely happy with the team @ Shed Rite who delivered a quality product, on time, on budget with no fuss. Phil’s experience and depth of knowledge in the industry is clearly visible the minute you walk through the door and his friendly nature ensures all your questions are answered and the right decisions are made. There was no sales pressure when it came to my 10m * 11m shed and none of the BS that I saw elsewhere. Nothing was too hard for Phil to accommodate.
