It was easy to order and pay for the shed on line. It was delivered in just a few days of me placing the order. Communication from GBD were clear keeping me informed of the progress of my order. The delivery came on the specified day within the time window I was given. I received a phone call from the delivery driver to tell me when he was half an hour away. The shed came in easy to handle sized panels that could be carried comfortably by one person. The instructions and advice were quite easy to follow. A few of the pieces required a little bit of adjustment in order to get them to fit flush together

Ordered a log cabin shed after Storm Arwen destroyed my old shed. Order came bang on time, within the originally specified timelines. They kept me updated and the delivery was fast and efficient with a very friendly driver. Would definitely recommend them. Product is sturdy and goes together well. All in all, great service.

Unfortunately not the best experience.. I bought the sasha log cabin by Billy oh and it states premium quality but I can vouch for it being very poor quality, the wood is flimsy, some bits have sap seeping which is a sign of rotten wood, it states that it takes 6hrs to build but it's more like 3 days and in the mean time because we couldn't get it finished the same day, the floor and roof warped. I will attach photos so you can see for yourself. I have contacted them as I've spent alot of money on this and my response was really "thanks for the feedback" so I thought I'd write a review so that

Hi Order Number GBD1739624 Right NO Hinges for the doors NO Fascia Boards For the roof, 1ins gap Above Windows 2 1/2 in gap In between the Middle of the Doors No Fascia Boards for the corners No means Of Fitting Sides to floor, Gaps in the top where the two roof sections sit on the side walls All in all shed is absolute load of Rubbish See photos you have 5 working days to sort this out Before this matter is past on to Trading standards

Sent an absolutely rubbish product (supposed to be superior quality metal shed. It is in fact paper thin and exceptionally poor quality) that was not as described and not fit for purpose. Initially agreed a return but then hid behind their 14 day no frills return policy as a reason for denying our right to return the product (we notified them on day 16). They then agreed the return once we pointed out our right to return within 30 days of delivery. But then changed their mind again! Very scammy and have reported to trading standards

Most of the timbers were precision cut and the shed went together seamlessly and I was able to do it singlehanded with 24 hours.
For best construction a level base is key and before slotting together ensure any knotted/deformed timbers are placed on the inside or rear of the building.
My only criticism relates to the length of some of the timbers provided, e.g. the soffits. Not sure why two timbers couldn't be provided to span the entire width of the building and why it was necessary to provide an additional piece of timber here?
I also felt that the assembly instructions could have been better

A bit of delay in delivery but due to timber supply shortages followin Brexit and Covid. Eventually got through to someone who kept me well informed of progress. Great product which is very well engineered and sturdy. Friendly and helpful people who did delivery too.

I bought a "Billy Oh Renna" summer house for just over £2000. When it was first delivered there were several parts missing and three others (a floor panel, a door and a decorative strip) of such poor quality that they couldn’t be used. After 2 weeks the parts were replaced. While the other parts were sitting waiting for the kit to be complete, several of the tongue and groove panels started to split. These have since been replaced. The wood is clearly not seasoned or even kiln dried. If this lasts two years I will be very surprised. I should have taken heed of the other negative reviews! So

I purchased BillyOh Lollipop Max Tower.
From the very first telephone enquiry to the delivery of the playhouse the service was superb.
Emails were very informative as to the due date.
The product came well packaged and was straight forward to construct as long as you read the instructions and take your time building it.
My four year old son loves it.
