Services
Solar offers an endless supply of renewable energy not only reducing your carbon footprint, but lowering the operational costs of the business. This exponential growth of solar energy has been fuelled by rising electricity prices over recent years coupled with continuing rebate support from Government subsidies.
Going solar is a great way to relieve pressure on your household budget as it saves you money through two mechanisms. Firstly you will be consuming electricity that your solar system generates during the day within you're home. Secondly, your system will also feed any excess electricity that you are not using back into the grid.
Nu Energy has maintained a strong presence within the renewable energy solution industry for more than 20 years. In this time we have developed a strong procurement channel to deliver our partners leading solar technology products. Our long-term success has been underpinned by a high standard of customer service and reliable products.
At Nu Energy, we have an unwavering commitment to providing the very best in customer satisfaction. It has always been our company's culture that customer service comes before anything else. We always go the 'extra mile' to ensure that each customer receives the very best service we can possibly offer.
The Australian Government provides grants, subsidies and incentives to help companies reduce their carbon emissions and cost of electricity by investing in solar PV systems. Nu Energy take advantage of the available subsidies and are eligible to process the Large-Scale Generation Certificates and Small-Scale Technology Certificates.

I had 20 panels with inverters installed in Feb this year from these guys. They did a great job. Expectations on output that they set have been met so far; which is easy to tell through Enphase – which has a very good app and website that makes it very clear what your net position is each day. Overall great customer experience dealing with the installers and good follow up from the person that sold me the package. From the look of these reviews it really looks like these guys have greatly improved their game.

Good service and useful advice about location of panels and whether or not a battery is good value for a difficult little site. The Enphase Envoy and microinverters are great and allow you to monitor performance 'live'

We had our system installed in May 2019 after a couple of years of alarming quarterly energy bills driven mostly by a busy household (family of 5) and a large house with a pool. We decided on a 8.1kW Enphase micro-inverter solar system after reviewing numerous options. I couldn’t be happier with the output from the system or Nu Energy’s end-to-end experience. At this rate we will achieve payback in just over 3 years with our warranty lasting 10.
I'd heard a lot about fly-by-night operators but the guys at Nu were consultative, informative and professional. I'd recommend to anyone considering

NuEnergy installed 6 panels in 2011. I have been trying to contact them since January this year - no response. I had another installer inspect the panels. He photographed faults which had developed in the panels and proposed that I contact NuEnergy to seek replacements. I sent an email to NuEnergy with the photographs attached in July. Still no response and phone always engaged. The installer who inspected and photographed the panels has told me, since it is less than 10 years since the installation, to contact the Clean Energy Council. Their staff member told me that NuEnergy's affiliation with

I have had solar panels for 7 years when the inverter failed. I emailed & within minutes Ben Talbot phoned me. I explained the problem & he took an order for a new inverter over the phone. Within 24 hours the new inverter was delivered & waiting to be installed. Very efficient service indeed.

Highly recommend never to deal with this business. Flagrant contempt for customers, ignoring warranty responsibilities, playing stalling games even when they fully know their responsibilities. No answer till Fair Trading got involved, and even then, they just wore me down with promises followed by silence. If you deal with this business, you do it at your own risk. I run my own business and feel that businesses can be given a hard time by fussy single minded customers. But I tried all I could to work with this business, and cant find even a single positive thing to say about them.

Had system installed three years ago. Put hole in roof, which then leaked. One panel cracked due to over tightening bolts. Refused to replaced. The conduit from the roof was not uv protected and came apart exposing the dc cable. The inverter failed, it took them about 10 months to replace. And they messed up the paperwork. 0 stars.
