I would never recommend this company to anyone .I had my solar installed 9 years ago and there was problems at the start I was told it's the heating that I was using.They sent someone out to check the system and gee he forgot his tools but I was told it was working fine.When 1 of the inverters broke I thought that I would give them another go.So I rang them was told that they would ring back for a date that they could come out 2 months later and I'm still waiting.

Peter from Sunstainable was incredibly helpful when quoting and installing my solar panels, and he also came by and reset the wifi after my NBN was installed so I could continue to use the great Fronius app. I highly recommend Peter and Sunstainable to anyone looking to install solar panels and batteries, as I am thankful to have been recommended them by colleagues at work.

Sunstainable has been an excellent choice for our new Solar system. Bill from the Sales area did a very good job explaining the way Sunstainable operates - from installing the panels and the inverter, to providing documents for connecting to the Energy grid and getting the government rebate. They offered a competitive rate and once I had signed and… paid a deposit the panels were on the roof within a week! The installation guys were very efficient as well as very polite. It's now a week after the installation and the Inspector has been and signed off on everything and all the documentation

Sales person was extremely nice and efficient in support. Installation was terrible, foot marks left all over the roof. When compensation was sort, manager was very slow in sorting the issue. It took two months for the damage to be fixed. Paper work was not submitted after the job to AGL, even after the manager said it had been. I'm still waiting for this issue to be fixed approx. three months after installation.

I had a very steeply raked tiled roof (45 degrees) on a double storey house in Melbourne which would have been a nightmare to install. Sunstainable had installers who did a sensational job despite the difficult roof. Very happy with the tidiness of the job, even the neighbours gave me compliments. Sunstainable sold me a top notch system at a very very competitive price and also replaced my 40 year old switchboard with a new system.
