River immediately found the problem and was very polite and concerned about having to cut the sheetrock, but we both knew it had to happen, so. Of course he explained the initial cost and then the final cost before continuing the work. He showed me the issue and how it would be fixed. After the leak was fixed, he cleaned up and removed the damaged sheetrock and took it outside for me. He was pleasant, helpful and quick. I am very pleased with the service and the pricing. Also...I love the extra mile Choice goes to, by sending me an actual picture and name of the tech coming out. That is so appreciated

I've had a toilet with a VERY slow flush and they were able to diagnose it, installed a new toilet and voila problem solved! River also came out prior to today's visit, both young men were very knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. I will definitely recommend Choice Plumbers and call them again if I have any other issues.
