Eddie Nova was professional, courteous, and efficient. After a disappointing experience trying to work through home warranty, I decided to call Pristine Plumbing and pay out of pocket rather than deal with home warranty and all the hoops they make you jump through for simple repairs. I was very happy with both the Pristine Plumbing and Eddie. Highly recommend! They’ll be my go-to plumbers going forward for sure.

The two service men were friendly and efficient and very clean. Gilbert suggested other services down the line that would be helpful to me, but did not try to push anything else at this time. I appreciate their quick work and they even cleaned the sinks! I can highly recommend Pristine Plumbing.

My water heater broke down the week before the holidays. These guys were so amazing. came same day i called for an estimate. Were thorough in their evaluation and explanation of services. They even were able to come next day for installation and work, something that no other company i called could do. They were communicative and kept me updated with the work. Very kind and professional technicians. The technician who worked with me, Eli, was great. Well informed, explained things to me so i understood, and got the work done on time. 10/10 do recommned!

My experience with Pristine Plumbing was great. Joseph Mounga arrived early (10 minutes or so...I was impressed.) He assessed the problem and offered a fix or a replacement. I opted for the new toilet and am very pleased!
While working Joseph was so quiet I couldn't tell if he was in the house or not and when he left, the bathroom was "pristine".
The next time I need some plumbing work done, I will definitely call Pristine!

Gilbert Rios was our plumbing technician today. He communicated well with me regarding when he would be arriving and came well within the arranged visit time. He helped us to figure out what we actually needed and made recommendations without being pushy. He was polite, wore his mask and shoe covers, and was very respectful. He explained things to me in a way that I could understand without making me feel like I was being talked down to. He made sure that I understood what was going on as well as what next steps could be. Gilbert is great and I would happily request him to be our plumber for future

Our home ended up with a main line drain clog, which clogged half of the homes. Pristine Plumbing was the only company that I called that diverted a plumber out to resolve the issue. The other companies all said they would be happy to schedule the next day. Well with no working toilets in the home next day wouldn’t cut it. Plumber Johnny Bartucciotto showed up in a timely manner and quickly went to work. Johnny was very professional and it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. Johnny worked quickly to complete the repair. I think they were somewhat expensive, but I was willing to pay it

Cameron is awesome! He was on time and promised that we will have water restored before he leaves. He completed the work until after 11 pm on the day we called to report the issue. He had an equally awesome partner came, his name is Joseph and they both stayed until after 11 pm and explained the work they did. Cameron came back the next day with Jordan to finish an additional work we requested and again, both men did an awesome job and finished the order even after 6 pm. All of them are very professional and polite. They are simply awesome! Will call them again if I will need plumbing service again
