Owner Derek Veitch is an accredited Master Builder who takes great pride in his work. He qualified as a carpenter in 1970 and has been building homes in Brisbane and on the Gold and Sunshine Coasts for over 40 years. He specialised for many years in large-scale luxury homes, for which he received many industry accolades including the HIA's coveted Top Home of the Year Award in 1993, 1994 and 1995.
