When they are good, they are good.
When they are bad, they are really bad.
Delivered a faulty track for a folding door.
More than a month has gone by and still no replacement. No refund or solution presented. All blame on the manufacturer and no accountability from them as a reseller.
Initial denials it was bent delayed the whole process until I had to take pictures of it against a level.
Sadly the negatives and time wasted out weigh the positives. I would probably avoid them as a recommendation.

Horrible, thieving company! My door was delivered wrapped and sealed, which I wanted to protect until my carpenter arrived, and immediately stored them flat under the bed. (during this covid time, hard to get tradespeople). Finally, after the carpenter unwrapped the packaging, we notice the door was dropped and broken at the bottom. Looks like this happened at the factory and wrapped for a customer. Now they refuse to refund or replace, due to not completely un-packaging and checking the doors on delivery .... Beware of this company! Their mission is to deceive and steal from their customers!

Doors advertised as wrong size, customer services they would update website to make it clearer. Bought sliding doors but they were not ready in any respect for this. Joiner had to even cut the track rails in the doors so they were fit for purpose. Disgrace that they are even advertised as this. Would recommend going elsewhere rather than putting yourself through so much hassle

As a single woman who needed to replace her garage side entrance door, I was looking for a solid oak door. Direct Doors offered oak doors, but what they did not specify was that these doors were veneer oak doors at a cost of £565, and even at this cost, they were NOT solid oak doors. This was not made clear on their website. It was fitted in September, when it was treated with two coats with an external oil. This month, on three panels, the veneer has lifted, thereby making the door completely useless. SO AS THEY SAY, BUYER BEWARE. This veneered door is not fit for purpose!

So, I purchased a door & it was not right for me so i asked to return it. The return & refund was agreed (in writing), I paid a £40 restocking fee and arranged transport myself back to the manufacturer myself. This was in December... I am still waiting for my £600 refund. Noone helps when you call at all. They have no manager I can contact, no complaints team/person, no complaint procedure, etc. So basically I have no door & no money...
My advice to anyone would be to avoid this company at all costs. They seem to be ok when things go right but cannot handle it when anything goes wrong. Not acceptable

This is an unusual review in that I placed an order online and I needed to make an order cancellation the following day after we decided on a different approach to our room i.e. leave it open plan with no door at all.
I emailed Direct Doors the following day fully prepared to have to pay for the door I ordered.
Pleasantly surprising was that I received an immediate refund and confirmation. No fuss. No problems.
I think this speaks volumes about the level of customer focus of this company!

Doors are extremely poor quality ! - one set arrived damaged, in a shocking condition, how they left the warehouse like that I have no idea. Arranged for delivery of replacement doors, and was told the damaged ones would be collected at the same time, and of course the delivery driver knew nothing about a collection and refused to take them - Opened the new ones, and no better than the first ones, shocking condition and VERY POOR QUALITY ! - these doors were £400 !! - they are NOT ready for painting as their website suggests ! - AVOID AVOID ! - If I could give no stars I would have done.
