Owner, Ryan Gosney, started Doors Direct in 2008 after he had been working in the garage door industry for a number of years prior. As the business has grown over the years we have expanded our team, however Ryan still quotes on almost every job to ensure he is in the know and likes to maintain a hands on approach as much as possible.
Garage doors are fast becoming the main feature of the house as many garages are situated at the very front of the house. As well as giving your house an attractive street appeal, garage doors also provide security for your personal belongings stored in your garage, your car and even your house as many people use the garage as the main entrance to the house.
Roller doors are the answer. Roller doors roll up into a roll directly above the garage door opening keeping the inside of your garage neat and tidy. Made of Blue Scope Australian made steel and available in the Colorbond range of colours to compliment the look of your home, roller doors are functional, safe and look great.
The tilt garage door is the best solution when you have limited height in your garage as it takes up the least amount of headroom of any of the garage doors on the market. For those looking for an alternative to a roller door, tilt doors are a great option. The tilt garage door is a one-piece overhead garage door that uses a spring balance hinge that opens out and up.
Sectional overhead doors consist of a series of horizontal panels hinged together to form solid garage doors. Sectional overhead doors are designed to operate in a track system that allows the doors to open vertically, through a curve, and follow the tracking across the ceiling. Sectional overhead doors come in a variety of styles and a wide range of colours in Colorbond, powder-coated, and timber look versions.

Having used Doors Direct for a general garage door service and receiving great service we had no hesitation to call them when a spring on the double panel lift door snapped. The service provided was exceptional & with both cars locked in we were fortunate enough to have Mark (courtesy of Xena) diverted past our place en-route to his next job and have the repair carried out.
Doors Direct is highly recommended as they provide exceptional service from prompt response to initial contact through to job completion & at fair and reasonable prices ..... bet there is a helping smile in the office :)

It goes without saying that Mark and Declan were thorough gentlemen and professional in their work.
They even helped with checking our 4WD roof rack clearance was OK by 40mm after they reset the roller door heights. Nice touch guys.
Prompt, professional, friendly and helpful. Just how service should be.

We spent $6500 with them to install a garage door - they left all the metal swarf in the panel channels and they all now have rust.
When I contacted them they offered no apology just a statement they will have someone "clean the residual swarf and rust spots and spray over if required".
Really disappointed in their work and after sales service.

From initial consultation to completion of the job, Doors Direct offered a comprehensive, professional and competitive service in providing a gate and tilt door for a car port that fitted perfectly with our heritage Queenslander and pre-exisiting look and feel of the property.
