The variety of finishes available for timber floor sanding and cork flooring can be confusing to many consumers. Hard wax oils, Oil Modified Urethane's, Solvent & Water Borne Polyurethanes. Predominantly Water & Solvent Borne finishes are used to complete most timber and cork floors due to their low maintenance & resistance to wear.

Moretons did a fantastic job in removing my carpet and sanding and waxing the floorboards underneath. It looks amazing and I am so happy with it.

We had Tim from Moretons Timber Flooring install a lovely engineered timber floor into our home. We have done a lot of renovations to many homes, and by far Moreton's Flooring was the most professional and hassle free. He gave many timber and coating options. Tim was knowledgeable and the quality of work was second to none. We done a lot of research and visited a lot of showrooms with engineered timber and his product was the best quality we had seen. We recently purchased a house in Alex Hills and wanted to get the floors done before Christmas and before we moved in December.
Even though we hadn't settled yet, didn't have access to the property, I was basically asking for Tim to look into his crystal ball and give us a quote.
Tim was able to provide a rough quote with the real estate listing, floor plan and also predicted that the carpets would have hard wood floors underneath them.
On settlement day we ripped up the carpets, lo and behold he was right. Tims crew showed up promptly and got the job done beautifully. The floors have been restored

We have just had our floors finished by Tim at Moreton's Floor Sanding. We have just seen them for the first time over the weekend, and they look amazing, way better than what we thought they would being an old queenslander. The floors have totally changed the look of the house. We had old carpet on the floors and we weren't sure what the boards looked like under neath, but we are so glad we didn't cover them up.
