Very happy with flooring- wide variety for choice, staff were very helpful and quick to address a few minor issues, especially David. We had window furnishings done at the same time- so easy to arrange measure and install and very impressed with our shutters and roller blind! High quality and looks.

Spent nearly $10k on a commercial job that lasted less than 18months. Communications seemed unbelievably tricky as I dealt with different staff members who told me different stories.
- “yes, that should be covered under warranty” (it wasn’t)
- “This hardboard floor should be fine to lay over” (it wasn’t)
-“this type of vinyl should never have been installed in a kitchen, it can’t withstand the heat” (why did you wait until after the job to tell me this)
Our vinyl floor had split in the joining within 2 months of being installed due to sketchy workmanship, we asked for a re

Seriously, a joke of a business. Had them do our commercial kitchen floor.
Faulty workmanship that didn't last more than a couple of weeks with split joins and bubbled sections of vinyl that we sent to them within the first few weeks to show them. Most likely because they re-used a section of existing damaged substrate rather than replacing it - which we pointed out to them - however they said it will be fine to reuse it. But that's exactly where most (but not all of their faults) were present.
We had also damaged part of the floor ourselves and we asked for them to cover their faulty install

Quality products at the best prices around! Jason our carpet layer was very professional, friendly and worked his butt off and very pleased with the finished job.
Really need to get a quote if you’re after… new carpet. It’s a family owned business and I don’t believe you can get a better price anywhere else than here!
Stock came from Melbourne ordered and layer within a week!
