We used Bennett’s to lay carpet to our media room. Very prompt and professional.
We have also just had Parquatry floors laid throughout the home. The installers were awesome and extremely flexible with working around our renovation timelines. We appreciated the boys coming back from their Xmas break a week early to finish off prior to cabinetry going in .

I used Bennett's to replace the entire flooring in my house. We went with vinyl planks. Daniel gave us a very competitive quote and had thought through the installation process, which was good to see. Some places we contacted didn't even bother to get back in contact.
The installation itself was fantastic. Tristan and Kane are great guys, which is very important when you're going to have people in your house for a while. They were always good to deal with and did a superb job on the installation with no problems and very neat finishing.
I don't normally review on Google but these guys deserve

Bennetts Carpets have done various flooring jobs for me over the years including carpeting my house, installing vinyl plank flooring in a rumpus room, and even making custom fitted carpet for our boat. They are just a great team with a great culture. Paul & Mark are legends and have ingrained a fantastic ethos across their entire business. They are honest, ethical, fairly priced and always do what they say they will do. I know from experience that they always recommend the best product for your job. I called Bennett’s looking for a company to do a stair runner with stair rods for our new house. I had already called the larger, franchised companies (one of which never got back to me) around Brisbane and was told “good luck finding somebody who does stair rods.”
Daniel from Bennett’s answered the phone and when I asked if they did stair rods he told me yes, in fact he had some right next to him. From there, everything went so smoothly; Daniel was at my house the following day with carpet and stair rod samples, and the job was booked.

Everyone we dealt with from choosing to installing our flooring was fabulous. We didn't feel pushed to purchase and were given plenty of information and options to help us make the right flooring choice. We decided to have carpet installed throughout our house and decided to choose Bennets Carpets after visiting about a dozen carpet places in and around Brisbane. Bennets Carpets were very professional. Daniel the installer did our install and was very professional, polite and didn't cut any corners - I can't speak highly enough of Daniel. We had a minor hiccup but was sorted once I spoke to Stephanie (from Admin) and Mark (one of the owners) - which is a testament to the company genuinely looking after their customers (our salesman Daniel wasn't available at the time, hence the reason for calling
