Electrician showed up on time (in a very timely manner too). Was friendly and did a good job but did answer some calls while on my job.
Not a big deal at the time but when it came down to the company charging the invoice, they added on extra time than the amount of time taken for the job. Explained to the admin staff that this should be corrected, especially given the time spent on the phone but were not having a bar of it.
