When using Electrical Services Queensland, I've found all staff have been well presented, prompt and have delivered a professional job. Most recently we had cameras installed at our business premises, this has eased the comfort of our customers knowing their assets are well monitored and protected and the quality of the cameras and accessibility has been terrific and they were the most competitive with the quality for 6 cameras. Electrical Services Queensland installed a ducked air-con system, solar system and some general electrical maintenance work for us. We saved time and money by using the same company. They have been top notch and professional at all time. prompt response. always arriving on time and completing the job nicely. They are always in touch and will give you the estimate and let you know if there is anything extra that needs to be done. We've had ESQ do a number of jobs at our place. Every time, they have been polite, efficient and very professional. They were able to correct our antenna cable issue and we now have access to ALL channels not just a couple. We have just had solar installed and we are now looking forward to a manageable electricity bill. Ben organised all the paperwork with the relevant authorities to make the whole process seamless. These guys put in an air con for my elderly mother. They turned up an hour after their appointment time, didn't bother putting the remote holder on the wall, the air con unit is not straight, and they didn't return when they said they would to fix the issue. They also were in such a hurry to leave (after arriving late) that they left screws from the old unit on our driveway for us to run over.
Won't be using them again even though they knew I had another unit to be installed at a later date. They have not won my return business.

Just before Christmas my oven died, these guys had a new one supplied and installed within 24 hours! Actual installation took less than 20 mins. Then got talking about solar. We went through my usage and designed the correct size for both my usage and budget.
It was a quick installation and I’m looking forward to my next bill instead of dreading it!

ESQ have done many repairs for me. They have installed solar panels and air conditioning in my house too.
Ben was very professional and efficient. He cleaned up any residue from drilling through plaster etc.
He is reasonably priced and honours his warranties.
I would not hesitate to recommend ESQ to anyone needing assistance with any electrical work .
