Had a Ethernet port rerouted, the boys came in, did a little brain storming as the framing of the house wasn’t entirely rerout friendly. They didn’t muck around, professional, punctual, easy to get along with. It’s an easy 5 star rating. Definitely will use JTC again if/when I need more work done. Top stuff boys!

I engaged JTC Electrical to install new lighting (indoor and outdoor) and fans in a number of rooms in my house and I could not be happier with the results and the service I received.
Jason made the effort to explain what the work entailed, provided honest advice for the right products for me and then took the time to show me how to use the new lights/ fans and remote control system. At no point did I feel like my lack of knowledge was taken advantage of, or made to feel like I was asking silly questions.
I also wasn’t expecting the price to be so reasonable considering the high level of service

We would have preferred to be told, respectfully, that their schedule was extremely busy and perhaps we should contact a colleague or something. Instead, everything was rushed, rescheduled over text and we were made to feel like our service request was an inconvenience. Communication wasn't great and they damaged our floor without explaining anything.

Exceptional customer service and workmanship. The team at JTC Electric looked after the electrical requirements at both my recent home renovation and business premises. On both occasions, JTC Electric were reliable and communicative and their pricing fair and reasonable. If you're looking for work across Brisbane's eastern suburbs, I'd highly recommend giving the guys at JTC Electrics a call.

Had JTC Electric come over to install an oven. They were able to accommodate the early start time I requested so that I could still get to work on time, found a fault with the electrics in my house and fixed that at no extra cost. Very happy with their service and would definitely use them again if I needed anything done.

I am 110% happy with JTC Electrical and recommend them to everyone. JTC has replaced and installed all the old switches throughout the whole newly purchased apartment and also installed my TV on the wall including new power socket. Super friendly, always on time, great communication and generally nice to have around the home making a few good recommendations as well around light globes and safety. He'll be back over next week to install another power socket in the laundry. I've found my go-to electrician and won't be needing anyone else.
