I was quoted by Moe to replace a hot water system which was slightly cheaper than a competitor's price. So, I went with him. Upon completion of the work I was informed that removal of the old unit and additional valves were not included in the price. Having gone halfway I had no choice but to install the valves as well. Overall I spent several hundreds more than the other all inclusive quote. So, very disappointed with the poor communication and the price. So, if you are getting a quote verify the inclusions. My guess is you will be able to find a better price elsewhere. Also, I wouldn't trust

Moe was very responsive throughout our correspondence. Helped me with replacement of a leaking washing machine pipe and gave me advise on another matter regarding ceiling leak. He was friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable and I felt at ease knowing he will do a good job. I’ll definitely use his services again and would highly recommend!

I have no more hot water, and contacted few company for quote. They saw me as a female, and tried to doubled the price. Lucky I found Moe eventually. He is very honest and professional guy, and helped me fix my burst pipe at the same day. He also wrote me a letter for water corporation to reduce any cost due to the leaking. I will recommend him to everyone who needs professional plumber. He is the best. Thank you very much.

We have use Moe for 2 jobs now and he has proven to be reliable, efficient and very competitively priced. He is also a beautiful and kind person. We purchased the wrong toilet for our installation and he very kindly returned it for me and bought the correct one. There is no way I could have returned it on my own with my two toddlers in tow! Would highly recommend and will continue to use his services!

My partner and I are super happy with Mo's work. We did our bathroom renovation and were planning on doing DIY vanity and toilet installation but it was much harder than we thought. We called up Mo and he was so polite and helpful, and charging us competitive rates and did a really fantastic job, helping us install a vanity, toilet unit (which we were having trouble with due to the pipe location) and our mixer tap. Everything is working perfectly. Thank you Mo, will definitely recommend you on to other people and to continue using your services for any future plumbing needs we may require.
