Rich and the team at Plumbdog are exceptional! We hired them to check out our plumbing, gas, hot water, drainage and for leaks at a new property and were so happy with the work they did and the information they were able to provide us about the property and current state of everything. I highly recommend Plumbdog as you won’t find better in Perth.

I had issues with a faulty pressure relief valve on my HWS, phoned Plumbdog in the morning and had Darius fixing it 6 hours later. Both the lady I initially spoke to and Darius were friendly and professional. I was advised prior to any work being done of the costs involved and how to best maintain my ageing HWS. I would happily recommend this company and it’s 5 stars from me.

I booked an appointment with Darius to have my Rheem Stellar Gas Hot Water heater inspected and to have the sacrificial anodes replaced on 19/11/21. My heater is 10 years old. I was informed that due to the age of my heater, replacing the sacrificial anodes would very likely cause damage to the heater as a certain amount of force would have to be applied to have the old ones removed. Although he could swap out the old anodes, he emphasised that he could not guarantee not damaging the heater in the process. I was quoted about $500 to have the anodes replaced and the water tank flushed out. At the

ATCO were doing gas upgrades in our area and found a gas leak on our property and promptly turned our gas off. I called Plumbdog and was immediately able to speak to someone.
