Adam was just a delight to deal with. He arrived on time, presented really well and was professional, knowledgeable, yet still very personable and friendly. Whilst he was working quickly and efficiently, we even managed to enjoy a great chat.
In under half an hour, Adam had swapped out the faulty Rheem gas water heater on the roof. The whole apartment block of 8 units was extremely grateful as we had gone 6 days without hot water.
Thanks heaps Adam for saving us from what would have been more miserable cold wintery showers!

Adam (the owner) and his young apprentice came today to our property to swap out a faulty water boiler under warranty.
Very happy with the job.
I noticed Adam's carefulness and attention to detail and willingness to ensure a quality service was provided.
This was displayed clearly when he fitted insulation around the exposed ends of the new boiler such as the copper pipes and release valves with insulation.
Our previous plumber had not taken this simple but extra step which could have meant our boiler last a few more years.
Difficult to find good service provider in this day and age with so
