Sebastian has great work ethic and a right attitude to get the job delivered. I got him by luck as my scheduled tiler bailed out last minute in the middle of kitchen reno.
Seb was quick to respond with a reasonable quote, executed the floor tiling with perfection, kept site clean and turned up on weekend to deliver the finished product.
Highly recommend this business for all your tiling need.

Sebastian recently completed floor to ceiling tiling for our main bathroom renovation. From very first contact, Seb was great to deal with. Answered all my questions, offered his opinion and professional advice. I cannot rate him highly enough. The work was impeccable, always on time, fantastic communication, never left a mess. Sebastian and Jace have pulled off a flawless tiling job in our renovated bathroom.
There was plenty of detailed, fine work to be done and they absolutely nailed it.
From the word go when we asked Sebastian's opinion on the layout of the bathroom, he has been a fantastic sounding board for all of our ideas and helped us weed out the bad ones and emphasize the good ones.
The lad's work ethic was incredible and when they came to do a day's work, it was like they'd worked for two days.
Professional, efficient and with finishes that I didn't think could be acheived.
I could not recommend them

Sebastian and Jace tiled our entire house and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. They have such a high work ethic and care so much about getting everything perfectly completed. I was extremely impressed with Sebastian's professionalism throughout the entire process. He turned up on time both days, and discussed all work to be completed with clarity. Sebastian completed a difficult job tiling around an existing toilet to an extremely high standard.

We have used anumber of tiling contractors with renovations over the years. None of them can be compared to Sebastian Otley's work. He is creative, has a brilliant eye for detail and comes up with great suggestions. On site he works effeciently and takes total care of the home environment with relation to dust control and cleanliness. His tiling is fastidious and shows incredible attention to detail. He is just a great person to work with who does what he says he can do with a minimum of fuss. I definitely will use him for our next tiling job.

Seb recently completed floor to ceiling tiling in my bathroom renovation and I couldn’t be more delighted with the result. Sebastian came to my house to fix a water tiling issue, he was able to carefully take out the tiles and put them back in perfectly and waterproof the shower! What an amazing job he did. He is very meticulous, you will DEFFINITLY NOT get a half-assed job. He is very professional, works hard and does the job the right way. I would highly recommend him and have done.
