A warning on returns. When we first got the tiles they were great, good service. We originally had a pattern tile for the floor and walls of the bathroom. We finally went with a plain for the walls and they assured us we could return the excess pattern tile. Some three weeks later the tiles are laid, and we’ve just been told the excess are unable to be returned because they have since stopped stocking that tile in the intervening three weeks, and now we’re out of pocket hundreds of dollars. Misled, and fairly unimpressed.

Do you have a large selection of tiles and very competetive pricing full stop the service is outstanding as their very generous with supplying samples including handing out full large 600 mm tiles. Very straightforward process ordering the tiles on the phone. Having been to nearly every tile shop in Perth this one is possibly going to be my default choice in future.

I went to Craft Decor three times to get different samples of tiles as I kept changing my mind and each time the staff working there were pretty helpful. In particular, Katrina went totally out of her way and was so patient with me helping me to choose tiles for our bathroom. She drawn pictures for me to show me how the final look might look like and came up with amazing ideas and gave me lots of tips. Great selection of tiles too. Would highly recommend Craft Decor.
