We had out tile selection for our new home build here. Though they were very busy and struggling with less staff on a Saturday, we were served by Jo the friendly sales executive who was very helpful in making our selection. They have a good variety of tiles for all purposes and the best thing is they also have a pre selected combination of tiles matching your taste which makes your job easier. Overall we had a great experience.

I would like to say a big Thankyou to Terena. I'm building a new home, which is stressful as we all know. Terena was so helpful with plenty of knowledge and a great eye for detail. She made me feel calm,and was a pleasure going through everything with her. She was a amazing sales consultant. I will recommend Crosby tiles to family and friends.

First time home builders, went in on a Friday mid day it was busy when we initially arrived and then quietened after an hour of wandering around, I approached a sales consultant and asked for assistance, she said "did u just walk in did you?" I replied with yes everyone was pre occupied and we decided to walk around (like seriously? Is this not a shop? and also there were no signs to indicate that we couldn't) she asked who our builder was & then she rattled off a spiel that she had clearly said a thousand times before regarding our "standard options" so unenthusiasticly, half of what she said

Crosby tiles was about my last tile shop I visited in the Myaree area and I was so glad I did. I was helped by JoJo And she was fantastic; so polite, professional and subtle with ideas and suggestions and she was usually right!!! JoJo had great flair and experience and that was really appreciated. I am thrilled with my choice, something simple but beautiful which I had not seen elsewhere. There is a wide range of tiles from the reasonably priced to the more luxe variety. I nearly did go to Crosby but I am so glad I did. Thanks JoJo.

Called in today Tuesday 8th Sept to start pre selecting for upcoming build. No greetings or acknowledgement from 2 staff members then an older man comes up and says did u take them off display boards ? As I had 3 bits of laminex in my hand. He was aware he offended me and didn’t care.

Came in a few times while choosing tiles and the staff here are amazing, the range of tiles is great and prices are reasonable. I'd especially like to thank Victoria for helping me with working out the quantity of tiles I'd need, was absolutely spot on as we only had a few tiles left over. Delivery guys were great too delivered the next day. Excellent experience here would highly recommend and will definitely come back next time I need tiles!

I just wanted to say how very impressed I was with my visit on Saturday. My partner and I were greeted by Antony who was so lovely helpful and gave us great insight. He helped us all the way through until writing up our choices. The range for our builder homebuyers centre was amazing I am so pleased with all the tiles I chose and Antony made my visit exceptional. He is a credit to your company.

Excellent helpful service, we walked in with a rough idea of the direction we were heading with the property we are building and the young lady that helped us gave us such a feeling if confidence and she was most happy and patience to guide us along to our final conclusion and volunteered tile samples for us to take away
