Recently Sam and the team completed a plumbing job at our house. It was extended and complicated by old terracotta, as well as terrible weather. Fantastic customer service. I called after 5:00pm to reschedule my booking for the next day, I didn’t expect anyone will return my call, but someone quickly returned my call to booked me in another time.
Sam was our plumber. He was very friendly and professional. He gave me a call before he arrived just to inform me he will be arriving in 20 mins time. I had a reoccurring blocked toilet drain. Sam was very patience to listen to the issues and gave me options of what we could do to find out the cause. They have very advanced equipments and able to locate the cause was due to a broken pipe with

Abdul was an excellent service provider. He arrived promptly, was very polite, tidy and efficient and the whole job was completed within half an hour. Our washing machine is now running perfectly, and he also gave some helpful advice about managing our drains.
