Used Ozzy removals this weekend gone. Hot day 40 odd degrees, the guys were excellent. Couldn't be happier with the service

I would advise you to avoid using them. We asked for an 8 tonne truck & 2 men which was unable then we wnted to booked the 6.5 tonne & 2 men to fit all our items in one load. They rung us the day before to say that the truck had broken down and they were sending a 4.5 tonne & 2 men at a better rate. All sounds fair so far.
We sent them a list of the items for the move (twice). During the move they damaged walls in both houses. They didnt have enough blankets to protect the furniture. They use some of our mats for protection. They also refuse to take some items that we on the list. They did not

These guys are simple sharks, and need to be stopped.
Police have been advised and hopefully tomorrow we will have our personal items recovered and the keys back to our storage unit which they stole.
They demanded money before job was complete, and upon being told this wasn't going to happen, proceeded to take our house hold items and keys to our storage unit and leave. We got a text message from the business which basically was a ransom note, and we were left with half a house of goods we could not move and even if we could they had our keys.

I called the company to inquire about removalist services. Disappointed as the guy I spoke to was rude, already he answered the phone as if he was disturbed and disconnected the call because I was asking questions! Maybe he expected me to just book them no questions asked for any concern I might have!

Absolutely disgusting! Arrived over 5 hours late, then charged my mother-in law twice the quoted price. While she was inside, they dumped the 50+ pot plants on the verge and bolted. I will be taking this further.

This company finds contractors to do their jobs for them. I am giving 2 stars because they did find someone to do the job with short notice. And the guys that actually did the moving did a good job. But the communication was terrible. I booked them to take stage pieces from our storage unit to an event venue. The guys that moved the stuff on the way to the venue charged us for "long distance" which was only 20 meters. So Screw it if you want them to move your whole household. There was a minimum of 2 hour hire ($120/hr), plus call out fee ($60), long walk ($150) and extra heavy ($150). Long walk

So after our original removal company canceled on us last minute yesterday, Gary and Singh from Ozzy came to our rescue and booked our move in for today! They were amazing, efficient and very professional, and did not complain once about all the stairs!! Thank you so much Gary and Singh, you’re both lifesavers and we really appreciate your work!

Terrible experience - 3 hours late and demanded additional payment mid way through or threatened to leave. Stay away, dreadful business.

They were meant to arrive at 7am - they rang me to say the truck broke down and asked if they could come between 11-1pm. I was understanding of course and said no problem. They showed up at 1pm and we’re EXTREMELY slow. Turns out they lied - they had done 2 jobs before showing up at mine so the movers were knackered.
Around 5:30pm they still hadn’t finished offloading the truck and demanded payment or else they would leave with the remaining of my belongings. After ringing the cops I managed to agree on a “reasonable” amount and was promised they would finish once I paid. No surprise they
