Crusader exceeded expectations from first contact to final delivery of our interstate house move to Melbourne. When an unavoidable error occurred in our delivery schedule and we were worried that we would not receive our goods on the day Shannon worked all day to find a solution for us. He was transparent and honest in his dealings with us and got our delivery to us on the day. It seemed like a miracle but he made it happen and was so nice about it all. My 2nd experience with Crusaders (1st was interstate) and a fantastic experience again. The boys arrived on time and did their job wonderfully. Didn't break or damage anything nor did they try to make extra hours. Finished the entire job by 11.30am.

We already had furniture in storage with another company and we’re getting charged a fortune to move it across the country from Nsw to Perth , I then spoke with Johnny at crusaders after being advised by Shannon in Perth and Johnny helped me discover that I was being over charged for storage and delivery from the other well known company if it wasn’t for Johnny and Shannon’s due diligence and attention to detail then I would never have realised this …can’t thank Johnny enough for the assistance ….we are still waiting to hear back from our current removal company regards all this ! â€

I was nervous about our relocation from Perth to Hedland and got a few quotes, but from the first time I spoke with Johnny I felt confident and reassured with everything. He took the time to explain in detail and answer any questions I had, including in the lead up to our move date.
Wade and Cameron were amazing in loading everything and making sure it was all secured and safe and kept in contact with us the whole way up, arriving on schedule.

Still waiting for my furniture was due to arrive august 3rd, apparently COVID is to blame (this doesn’t explain the lack of contact with the company though). Must add it’s now September 20 and the only contract I have had is when I contacted them and they tell me “we will call you this afternoon “ not sure which afternoon as it has never happened.
Edit: furniture arrived service was great but one of my couch cushions is missing so can only sit on 1/2 my lounge, contacted company to once again be told they will look into it but not heard from them since.

DO NOT USE CRUSADER!!! Where to start... apart from being completely unprofessional, they lie and damage your goods! We booked them for a Wednesday (we were moving that day, which was made very clear) they didn’t turn up and turned up the next day!!!!! And only just found out the afternoon of the Wednesday! Then when someone finally arrived it wasn’t a shipping container on a truck as agreed. It was a truck which meant all our goods had to be moved again onto the shippingcontainer which was made very clear that we didn’t want it moved again until it arrived at our new house in

Absolutely pathetic. First off it took over 3 times longer than quoted to deliver my goods, which I would be fine with if they had not destroyed my stuff. My chest of drawers was completely destroyed, my very expensive toolbox was damaged beyond repair any my bike was not delivered (took several weeks of me having to call them to get it delivered). When I contacted them about the damaged goods they basically told me it's not their problem and have been giving me the run around for weeks. Very unprofessional, terrible customer service and quite frankly just absolutely pathetic.

At first, my dealings with Crusader were great and I was very understanding that due to Covid 19 my belongings did not have an eta and ended up taking around a month to be delivered (although, the only way I knew any of this was due to my contacting them). The items were delivered when I was at work and a few days later I went and had a look in the garage to ensure there had been no damage to my items however, there was. Don’t deserve one star. Not only damaged my furniture and jumped on my lounge chair, but they also chipped the walls in my freshly renovated home and left scuff marks all over the walls. Dumped everything in one room and were throwing boxes out of the truck and onto the ground. The photos are not even half of the damage that was done , and them the price went from the $1000 to $1400 and my son and son in law ended up having to help them.
