Our home was built in 2016, Bodie and the crew were always friendly and helpful. Luke did a great job of keeping across things. It was designed for solar/passive and we are happy with the way it performs. We had very few issues during the warranty period and they were all resolved timely and without question. Thanks everyone!

When we retired to Tasmania finding a builder for our new home was very important to us. How amazingly blessed we are that we met Tony, Tamara and then the whole team.

They where excellent and helped us with different design ideas, alternatives and suggestions to improve our plans.
As we had no idea of the process and how things worked with building a new house, Streefland Homes and Development made things simple and easy to understand.
Communication was excellent throughout the entire build and they where very professional.
Everyone that was involved in building our new home done an amazing job.
We would definitely chose Streefland Homes and Development again.

Scott and I are so happy in our beautiful home, the entire process was easy. Fantastic communication and always willing to explain to us (that have no idea about building.) They never made us feel pressured or like our questions were annoying them.
