My husband and I had just finished building our house and needed to buy some new furniture. We went into Trilogy to have a look and we were delighted at the quality of the stock and the service. A lovely man called Harold came straight over to us and, over a few glasses of champagne, helped us to pick out our new furniture.
When you visit one of our showrooms all homewares displayed are available for immediate dispatch. A range of furniture items can also be dispatched from the showroom floor if your transportation permits. An absolute joke. Bought a stone inlay coffee table for a fair price only to have the legs break only one week latter. Went back to the the store and Tyler the young kid that sold me the table came out wearing what i can only describe as a white poncho and sandals. Explained the situation was told i had to buy new legs. And when i asked to speark to the manger this guy tells me he is the owner.

It is unfortunate we could not provide reviews with negative number of stars, or no stars.
I bought a table few weeks ago, when I picked it up I did not notices a damages which has been repaired (they have kept this side of the table against the wall and I could not check this side of the table when I collect it). As soon as I brought it in I have noticed the damage and sent an email the manager of this shop. Un fortunately he is very rude and said it has been occurred during the transportation.
I have asked him if the damaged has happened during the transportation, how did it occurred without

We took in our house plans and he gave us really valuable interior design advice and helped us to pick pieces with the right scale, style and colour for our new home.
