All furniture whether leather or Fabric will last longer, look and perform better when preventative maintenance is practised. Direct sunlight and in home heat sources should also be avoided. Certain cosmetics and body care products contain solvent and oils. These products are not beneficial to leather, as they may weaken the leather finish over time.

Just had some warranty work carried out by Easy Living on one of our Stressless chairs with a motor replacement which was carried out professionally, complete with a drop sheet on the lounge room floor. The Leather Doctor Tech who carried this work out said it’s only the second motor he has replaced in 4 years.
Very pleased with our overall communication and service with Easyliving, so well done to you Richard and all the personnel involved.

Richard was a delight to deal with, but when I rang back and Marily n answered it was a very different matter. I asked if they could do a cheaper price than Richard had quoted and she actually laughed and said she always thinks that is a funny question, but then offered to reconsider the original quote. She did call back with an adjusted price, but when I said I could get a lower price, she offered to match it! If all our dealings were with Richard we would not have gone elsewhere.

We recently asked Richard and the team at Easyliving to build furniture for three separate areas in our house - the living room, the dining room and a kids activity room. It was a huge ask, with inbuilt and custom furniture required, different materials, specific paint colours, interaction with external trades and stonemasons. Painstaking thought to functionality and precision and the best cabinetmaking I have ever seen culminated in the creation of three new spaces in our home. My friends have commented many times on the beautiful workmanship, and we are very pleased with the result. No problem
