My experience by engaging Central Coast Air Conditioning to replace my ducted air-conditioner has proved to be disappointing and have forced me to raise a complaint with the Department of Fair Trading.
I found the owner and his daughter who run the business to be unprofessional, lack customer service, dishonest and lack integrity. They demanded full payment even though the work was not complete. Water damage to our ceiling for almost two months since they installed the unit has not been addressed. The owner when asked when our ceiling would be repaired was rude, defensive and would not commit

Excellent company to deal with.
Had a new fujitsu aircon installed and Riley & Nathan did such an excellent job. We had an old 15-20yr old fujitsu & replaced it with a new fujitsu lifestyle one. It has only been 24hrs & we are already totally loving the new one!
I highly recommend this company for new installs or maintenance of air conditioning.

Booked for a quote and was told they would arrive between 8am and 12pm. By 12:30 no one had arrived so we called them up and was told the guy had forgotten to come so they arranged to have him come in an hour. He arrived at 2:30pm and made my partner feel very uncomfortable not really saying a word and just staring at her in the beginning. After giving us a quote that was 500$ more the the other quotes we received he began bad mouthing the other companies stating they don’t do the job properly. Would not recommend to anyone based off just the short interaction my partner had with the supposed

Since contacting Central Coast Airconditioning regarding an enquiry to have a ducted airconditioning system installed in our home we received a response the same day and a Technician was at our home the same week. They were exceptionally professional in their evaluation of our home, the placement of ducting and the unit required. We then had a second Technician visit to confirm the system requirements prior to installation which again was very professional.

We used Central Coast Air Conditioning to install our ducted air conditioner in our new home which we are renovating. They we’re the only company that said we could have a fully ducted AC installed all the other companies said we had to have partial ducting and a seperate split system. The price was very reasonable and they made the job look easy and they were very professional from the quoting through to the installation and after sale service. I would recommend them to any one who would like an AC installed.

Very happy with our choice to go with Central Coast Air conditioning. Easy to set up quote online, able to attend in person soon after. Install was available quickly, and they only stock the quality brands of air conditioners.
