WOW 12 months on my first maintenance service, I have not had an electricity bill in 12 months and received money back from my electricity provider for being in credit. This has made a big difference to my budget and put value on my house.

We would really like to thank Justin and his service team for their amazing customer service and dedication to solving the issue with our AC unit. They had to come back serval times (and only charged us the original repair fee). We never had to chase them once, and they were on top of the situation the whole time. I cannot recommend them enough!

Massive thanks to Justin and his Service team! We had an issue with our A/C that turned out to be quite difficult to diagnose... They had to return several times to try different fixes (and only charged me for the initial repair). They were always on the front foot with staying in contact. Best customer service that I’ve seen in a long time. Very happy to recommend to friends and family.

Twin Air recently installed ducted air conditioning in my place and the guys who installed it were great, professional and very helpful. The unit did take a while to order in but this was out of their control. Their prices were a country mile ahead of the competition as well. I would definitely recommend.
