Daniel was super helpful and professional after my coded key was stolen. I was extremely stressed that, having the key, the thieves would return to steal the car. Dan arrived within hours of me calling and recoded the car plus changed the key barrel, all without ripping me off. Thanks so much for the great service Dan!

Daniel saved our day. I had accidently snapped the key off inside the ignition of my car the night before and after spending an hour we finally got the key out. The next morning we had to be in Brisbane for a Business Function, so I rang the Car Dealers and got a quote and nearly fell on the floor with the price, plus the guy from the Dealers said I would have had to get a tow truck to get my car to their service centre to fix it as my car wouldn't start because of the broken key. I’m a first car owner and know absolutely NOTHING about cars so was absolutely stressed out when my car key snapped off as a result of a dead car battery. Luckily, I found Daniel and this business and contacted them. Daniel was very understanding of my problem and helped me diagnose the issue to make sure the charges were accurate (as the company I contacted first definitely quoted me FAR too much).
Once the issue was properly diagnosed, I contacted Daniel and he was at my house within 20 minutes to sort out my key! I was blown away by his kindness, speed of service and everything in between

Daniel was here within 20 minutes of calling.. (I was stressed and he was very calm and professional which helped so much)
The call out fee and key cutting was so fast and I’m absolutely stoked with the service provided with such short notice.
So convenient to have him on a call out and take the stress out of getting a new key made!
