Customer service not very helpful or friendly. I tried to contact them and left messages to find out when they were coming to fix my alarm, but was accused of harrassment. I have Stage 4 cancer and live on my own so am quite nervous when house not fully alarmed. This was an expensive system. Finally they gave me a number I could ring to arrange a visit after someone else contacted them for me (and they answered the phone to them). But not me. :(
