Our Business has proudly serviced its Western Australian Customers For Over 35 years, Custom Screens is a WA Owned family run business that prides itself on the workmanship it supplies to its residential and commercial customers. Custom Screens specialise in various security and Renovation products including security screens and security doors, Aluminium windows and Doors, Gates and Infills and Roller Shutters.
A Full 20% deposit is required on all jobs for production to begin (there is no exceptions). The current installation lead time applies to the date the deposit is received and not when the confirmation is received, or invoice sign off. Full Balance is due when the job is complete, clients will be given invoices from the installer or it may be emailed out.
All mechanical items need a level of maintenance, this may include lubrication. It is the Customers responsibility to lubricate mechanical items. Custom Screens recommend every 6 months, this will ensure maximum life out of the products. All items will require a level of cleaning to ensure product longevity and correct operation.
Custom Screens warranties all installations for 2 years, this includes the installation and labour. All service calls within this time will be at no charge if the items in question are at fault. If damage is a result to neglect or product miss- use a service charge will apply. Warrantees will be void and a service call will apply if the client has organised a third party to repair faults.
Ordered two security doors and two screens for windows. All were custom built. All phone contact and service men that attended the house were professional, on time and clearly understood their products and services. The initial contact to order to product installment was very quick. Really happy with the price and the quality of the product.

We had four security screens fitted and an excellent job was completed with great skill by installer Adrian. The whole process from measuring up, quotation and fitting was done with marked professionalism. Consequently, we have no hesitation in giving the company any future work and in recommending them to anyone.

Very happy with the product(s) and service. My wife oversaw the work and is delighted. We had 5 windows done, 2 sliding doors (with cat door) and a screen door. What a difference visually and in quality. From a distance, the clarity looking through is incredible but we know it to be extremely durable and gives our family peace of mind. Good friendly service too, I understand and all in all, very pleased and well worth it. Thanks guys.

Glen. On Wednesday 15 December, Shane Trewarn installed bi-fold doors at our home in Mt Pleasant. Shane arrived on time and undertook the installation efficiently and with precision. He kept the site neat and tidy at all times and we were very pleased to have him do the work. He was very polite and easy to deal with. We are very happy with the doors which have made a real difference to our family room. The design for the doors was recommended by Shane when he undertook the measure and quote. I couldn't be happier with the whole process of obtaining a security door and screens through Custom. The sales staff were very friendly and pleasantly not pushy, but just very informative. The quote was in writing, clear and concise and was great value.
The team gave me an exact installation date and kept to it. Finally the installer was polite and went the 'extra mile'.

Highly recommend this company. Easy and fast quoting service. Placing my order was painless and when I booked my job I was given an extremely reasonable install date, which was honoured. The installer was lovely and approachable. The screens look fantastic and I'm now feeling secure. Thank you for looking after me. I'm impressed. Good old-fashioned service.

Friendly, helpful staff came out and inspected job and advised on installment.
Excellent communication with office staff explaining any questions i had.
Received phone call from installer letting me know when my security door was ready for install and was installed without needing to be home and site had been cleaned up as if they were never there, unlike some other trades.

Custom Screens have been excellent to deal with for our new screen doors.
They were helpful every step of the way and, from the visit to their showroom to the final installation, they provided service to suit our needs. Great care was taken when installing our screens and the quality of the hardware is excellent.
We will definitely be back when it's time to refresh the windows!
