Chris is an absolute master of his trade and a true gentleman.
I contacted him over the weekend to open a safe that hadn't been opened in at least 18 years, without the combination.
He arrived when he said he would (Monday morning), embraced the challenge and tirelessly went to work for hours only pausing to provide an update on his progress.
He cracked the safe, serviced the lock and gave me sound advice on how to change the combination.
Due to my unlucky nature in engaging my brain, I encountered some difficulties
.. I reached out to Chris who was able to diagnose my sins immediately and

Chris was excellent. We got multiple new locks and rekeys done for a residential property.
