Terrible experience, go somewhere else.
They installed 5 units in total.
The real issue happened when we required a change of one of the units as it wasn't powerful enough for the space.
They replaced it, with a completely inappropriate unit (it was a ducted system, but no ducts where need or installed). There was a gas leak and it didn't work for months.
We only found this out when we had another contractor replace the unit and explain how dodgy this was.
We gave Z Air team so many moments to fix the problem but they didn't show up and are not returning our messages.
