Needed an airconditioning regas on VE Commodore Sortwagon asap, I had been turned down by 13 buisnesses, unable to fit me in before the end of the week, rang Richard at Red Devil, he told me to come down in 30 minutes, whe I arrived they were busy, but took me in straight away, pointed out that I needed a regas and 2 x valves, $190 cheap as for the service and turnaround , also diagnosed the car needing a fan replacement in the future, would definately use these guys again and thoroghly reccomend Richard and his team

After I'd had enough of mopping up coolant from my garage floor; I took my tired old radiator from the Ford Laser up to Red Devil for a second opinion. Luckily they were open on Saturday so I didn't have to take time off work to get it sorted which was very convenient.
Richard was great. He confirmed that the radiator should be put to rest and went about finding a replacement. I was a little concerned about availability given the vehicle is a 1988 model.
I received a call early Monday morning confirming availability and price and that I could pick it up that afternoon. New unit looked great and

I just want to send my 5 star review on the amazing customer service I have had with your Archerfield store. I needed my car air compressor fixed, after having it assessed elsewhere and quoted $300 more, I called Red Devil after being recommended it from a close friend who is a mechanic and i am so glad I did. The initial phone call with Janine (I… think is her name) she was a wealth of knowledge and really accommodating of the fact I had a newborn bub and needed the car attended to and quickly. I'm very happy with the work performed on my last 3 vehicles at Red Devil Archerfield. My current 2013 Colorado 7 required extensive repairs recently when the oil cooler split and pumped the cooling system full of oil. There were a few hiccups with the job but I couldn't be happier with the end result. The team were supportive, professional and friendly which is why I chose to be a return customer. Went to the Archerfield store today after being quoted $1622 from another business to have my air con fixed, the guys there don't muck around. didn't take then long to tell me it didn't require the repairs as previously quote from the other company. they saved me a heap of money were friendly honest and just real genuine guys, the ladies in the office were also amazing. can't speak highly enough of this team

Called in last week with a leaking hose {in a very difficult to get at position }.Was traveling a great distance the next day so i was 50/50 that i was not going anywhere...With a phone call to see if the part could be obtained and a bit of shuffling of other jobs ,Richard and the team came through.The level of customer service and professionalism make these guys the benchmark in this field { And a lot of others }.They even gave me a loan car while they fixed mine.I have no hesitation in recommending this outfit ,10 out of 10 guys.

Sound knowledge and took time to show where the problem was in front of me whilst they ran compression tests showing the radiator had a crack whereas the mobile mechanic that I called out on the day it overheated wanted 350 for a hose. These guys are honest and happy to explain and a very reasonable cost plus time frame... Recommended

I called around to 3 mechanics today and they were fully booked out or quoted high prices. I called Red Devil and Richard was able to fit me in and complete the job all in the same day. My issue was a crack in the radiator and i also got my air con regassed, all for a very good price. Thank you so much to the team for your efforts, excellent job well done!
