10/10 would not recommend.
At 11:42pm the night before they send me a text message cancelling the bond clean. This was due to the cleaner aledgedly contracting covid. On the day at 0900 I recieved a call from the cleaner stating that he did not have COVID and that he was still available. He stated that Optima cancelled the clean after being incorrectly over booked.
As my keys were due back on the day, it was incredibly inconvenient. Would not reccomend.
