We got carpets and grout cleaned. The carpets looked great, however, the grout appeared unchanged at the end of the appointment. The technician advised that the grout would need to be replaced by a tiler as it was too far gone. We tried cleaning it ourselves and managed to clean the grout. Considering we spent $170 to get the grout cleaned and ended up doing the job ourselves afterwards, we were very disappointed. When I let the company know, their response was 'I am sorry if you got disappointed', and that they would let the technician know, with no offer of partial refund (I understand that you

We had our carpets and sofa cleaned and John and his team were awesome. They did a great job and very accommodating of working with us and our rescue dogs. They were very thorough as our carpets are quite old and soiled from having dogs. They also took great care with our rugs.
We are very happy with the results and the price was communicated up front so we knew exactly what we were charged. We will definitely use PRO again. Highly recommend them if you need carpets/sofas/cleaned.

Very happy with the prompt response, service, and the overall quality. While I expected the area under the couch to be cleaned, based on the information online that furniture would be moved, next time I will simply clarify with the technician what needs to be completed (or just move the couch myself). Easy fix.
