I called airfirst as our aircon in our lounge room didn’t seem to be cooling as efficiently as it used to. We had used airfirst on another occasion and had a good experience so that was my reason for wanting to use them again.
However on this occasion after making my initial call to them I was advised I’d be phoned within a week by someone to arrange a time for them to come out and service the unit. 1 week passed still no phone call so I called them back. I was told someone who made the bookings was away sick and someone would ring me back the next day. That didn’t happen. Another week passed

Had them out 3 separate occasions,first time to basic clean aircon,yr later to chem. clean 2 aircons and lately to install a new aircon,absolutely fantastic service every time,even cleaned up and locked up our house because we were out shopping when they finished,I cannot speak highly enuf of their professionalism...☺

Cleaned,re-gassed just like brand new,also checked and cleaned the bedroom ac barrel and grills,and in the rain too

Great service. We are very pleased with the courteous manner in which we were treated from the beginning to end. The workers were polite and friendly, did the job very well and even cleaned up after and took the old unit and bits and pieces away. We would highly recommend this business.

I will NOT be recommending AIRFIRST CAIRNS to anyone !
After speaking with different office girls every time to voice my concerns with my a/c NOT fixed - not even checked to see if it was running after spending thousands of dollars for simple repair and taking months to do the job- I am very annoyed !
Then to forward a partial amount still owed by me to THE COLLECTION AGENCY this is very disappointing for a local business to conduct their business this way.

This company will only charge money and do nothing. They will go to your house and refuse to take off their shoes, left ten minutes later, did nothing, and then charged you for it. Everybody be careful. For ten minutes you looked around everywhere then made my house dirty then changed me $126. If you actually did what you said i would pay you but you did nothing that you said you would do. You just told me that you can't do anything about my center-aircon.

My aircon brokenot long after installation, but they refuse to take any responsibility, even after their specialist confirmed they installed two different models of inside and outside units. Before they confirmed that would work, no problem. I took that advice and regretted a lot. Even for checking why it broke they charged 130$ or so. And their next advise was - pay for deinstallation an old one and pay full price for the new one + installation fee. Did not provide even discount for

Great job by AIRFIRST replacing 3 split air conditioning units at my home recently. The work performed, from quotation to completion, was excellent. The onsite team were courteous, knowledgeable and diligent and they completed all works safely and efficiently. We were kept informed of progress and on completion, the area was left clean and tidy.

Worst after service care ever
4 out of the 7 Fujitsu air conditioning units have leaked post installation due to poor installation. Latest one has damaged gyprock wall. Air first have admitted liability and have said they will fix however over 6 months and still waiting despite numerous phone calls.
