Owner and co-founder John Long in conjunction with son Damien Long take pride in being responsible for the business' daily management, with Steve Atkins overseeing our construction team. Between them all they have over 100 years' experience in the swimming pool industry and are all licensed pool builders in their own right.

I have used Premier Pools to design and build my last two pools and I would never go anywhere else. They are by far and away the highest quality pool builder I have dealt with. Not only do they build stunning timeless pools (I have had NZ White Pebble and fully tiled finishes), but they go above and beyond in their customer service. 100% happy and would highly recommend them to anyone considering pool builders.

Since our pool was originally constructed and posting this review 2 years ago (Dec 2018), we had a couple of issues to follow up with Premier Pools. One turned out to be a non-issue and the other (faulty Astral Pools ORP/PH sensors beyond the explicit warranty period) was promptly addressed by Damien at Premier Pools. We appreciate the post sales customer service. Original review is provided below.

Premier Pools recently completed our pool build and we are extremely happy with the result. Our installation was never going to be easy as it was a difficult site that dictated an unconventional shape. At every stage Premier provided great advice and their wealth of experience was evident. From our salesperson Wayne to our site supervisor Dylan, everyone we dealt with with professional, informative and efficient. We learned early on to trust the company's recommended contractors and suppliers – tile shop, tiler, fence builder, electrician – as they all provided a high-quality service at a fair

Premier put in our pool and spa this year. You get what you pay for - and we got excellent qualtiy and service.
We had heard so many horror stories about pool builders, we were very careful and did our research before selecting Prremier.
They completed slightly ahead of schedule; they turned up when they promised; and the finished product is superb. All of the trades that they recommended were excellent. They even manged to save us quite a significant amount of money when we had some unexpevcted issues!
We would have no hesitation in recommending Premier Pools and have referred them to a family

I was really happy with every step of the process. Steve & Frank were amazing. Nothing was ever "Too Hard" and they are super organised. Every contractor from the excavation to the plumbers were professional, polite, friendly and punctual. Very Impressive! The pool is awesome and I would highly recommend Premier Pools.

Having never owned a pool in the past my wife and I were anxious about the whole process of pool building. We had a significant limitations to building a pool with respect to the location of Sydney water sewer line running diagonally across / through our backyard. From the initial contact with Premier Pools our concerns were eased. At all times the team from Premier Pools, from sales, project management and accounts have been knowledgeable, professional and amenable. They were able to direct us to professional designers and trades to make the process seamless and pain free. We highly recommend

Particular credit should go to Dylan, job supervisor, for whom nothing was ever a problem throughout the job. Dylan was consistently helpful and courteous and, crucially, diligently followed up on all commitments and kept a close interest as the job proceeded.

Really happy with Premier Pools. Very smooth very quick build of our pool which was finished on 1 December 2016. Really happy with timeframe despite hitting rock at 50cm!!!. Great communication - our construction supervisor Dylan was fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he kept us in the loop the whole time on what was happening and when. Would have no problem recommending. Thanks Premier!
