It’s was a very effortless and easy process from start to finish. Couldn’t be happier. Builder is very professional, gives great advise but listens to what you want at the same time.
The fixtures and fittings were all of premium quality and the construction was finished without delay. So I could get tenants in there straight away.
No hidden costs at the end and no defects to deal with till this day. I highly recommend!

Shant is very professional and I trusted him 100% with his recommendation and I wasn’t disappointed. Turned out my granny flat was one of the kind. It has high quality finish, quick turn around time. I rang up to ask a few questions and was rudely spoken to by the girl at reception, She then hung up in my face whilst i was still on the line, Poor customer service and poor communication skills. I am a tradie myself and will definitely be telling others to steer away. I can imagine what kind of poor work these people put out!!!
