Amazing service By Liz and & Craig.
I Contacted Bankstown City Locksmith and Liz answered I explained to her my problem and she was very informative on how to rectify my broken key stuck in the barrel of my sliding door.
Long story short, lodged key was removed from barrel in the store and I had more then enough time to cut a few keys whilst I was there ! I highly recommended this locksmith

Called up saying I had an issue with my fob key and they advised to come into the shop to have a look. The gentleman opened it up and pointed out that one of the parts inside was loose and needed to be soldered. literally took 5min for the iron to heat up and fixed it back into place. Went to pay but was told free of charge.
Quick and friendly service and very knowledgeable with different options for spare fob keys. Will definitely come back and will let friends and family know where to go as well with any similar issues

I purchased a remote for my car from this Locksmith shop, after 1 week it fell apart. I came back into the shop to show them what happened. Well what a disaster that turned out to be, the middle aged man at the counter that served me started to yell at me saying that it was all my fault that the remote fell apart. I was shocked he belittled and embarressed me. I will never set foot in this place again!

Had a issue with the flip key on my car, called up to see if there was anything that could be done and these guys went above and beyond. explained the problem over the phone and they gave me a couple of causes and solutions.
I drove down on my lunch break and had it fixed within 10 minutes. Top blokes with loads of knowledge. Will definitely go back for any other issues and new keys. Highly Recommend 10/10

I came in to the Bankstown city locksmith shop to ask for advice regarding upgrading my home locks and a spare key/remote for my car. To my disgust they showed absolutely no interest whatsoever in helping me and were totally rude. Don’t go to these people, they are not worthy of anyone’s business. Don’t believe the good reviews, they are clearly from family and friends. Be aware and stay away!

My 2004 Toyota echo car key couldn’t lock the car door any more. I took them to the shop and all 3 of their staff patiently inspected the problem and then together took the time to explain everything and diagnosed that I just need an inexpensive new key cut and it will work as the old key was a bit worn out. It is so rare to find good old fashioned honest Aussie customer service. Thank You. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a locksmith that they can trust to get the job done without hassle and for a reasonable price.

Overpriced piece of rubbish. I was charged $180 for a key that fell apart the first time I used it. I coukd not start my car and had to call the NRMA. I took the key back and was told it was my fault the key fell apart ane would have to pay another $50 to fix. I tefused and the owner began to berate and yell at me. Thes e are ripp off merchants. I am a senior and maybe they thought I was easy pickings. I d o not believe the positive ratings - they were just so rude and unhelpful. The good ratings are probably done by their staff!
