Had the best experience with Dusk till Dawn Locksmith. My car key wouldn't work and I was stuck in a thunderstorm and he helped me through it. He went above and beyond. We moved recently and needed the locks changed. Cass was extremely responsive to my enquiries. He worked quickly and efficiently amidst the chaos of us moving in, changing locks and rekeying them so we only needed one key. He also pointed out a few things to watch out for with our locks including replacing one where the lock had actually gone. Would definitely use him again if we have any issues with our locks.

Why does he have 5 stars? Because he is professional, reliable, has great work ethics and very generous! I always go by people's reviews and am so happy we went with Cass to help us change 4 deadlocks. I contacted him for a quote and for the first time I wasn't too fussed with price as I really needed a trustworthy and reliable person to make my… new home safe.
I don't know much about deadlocks so I asked him to install new ones to all the doors and he suggested to just change the inside of the locks to make it cheaper for me. After all that the quote was amazing and got a further discount

Phenomenal customer service from Cass! I told Cass all the issues I had with my keys (case being virtually broken) and Cass went above and beyond to ensure I would have no future issues. He replaced both key cases - even my spare one! Once again thank you Cass, the only locksmith i would recommend :)
