We're very pleased with Jace's work.
We just bought a new house and did a bathroom renovation with a different plumber who caused us a lot of problems. Jace came in today and managed to fix them all up on time, quickly and professionally. He also gave us some really good advice on how to manage some septic issues.

Jace from Bridgewater Plumbing was outstanding. We had recently had a very bad experience with a local plumber who messed us around for 3.5 weeks and put some very time sensitive jobs back a long way.
Jace was exactly the opposite and we couldn't be happier. He was on time, sent reminder messages before he arrived, he did what he said he would do when he said he would do it, was extremely nice to deal with and was very reasonably priced!!!! Jace was great. My hot water service stopped working over the weekend and when I called Jace on Sunday Jace did his best to ensure I had hot water by the end of Monday. The job was problematic owing to a tricky hot water tank location but Jace explained all of my options and quoted what it would cost. He was punctual, efficient and did a great job. I had hot water again by Monday afternoon and he followed up to make sure everything was working well.
