We contacted Aquatek in regard to a new continuous flow hot water service from the first contact to get a quote to completed installation they were a pleasure to deal with. We were always kept informed of everything and the installation by Jake and Ben was done promptly and professionally, these are people who take pride in there work. I would highly recommend Aquatek there service, prices and professionalism are outstanding.

Major job - replacing a 20-year old gas water heater. Needed to install electricity point. Jake did the plumbing part and arranged for the electrician (another big job because of the old place). All done in a timely, friendly and excellent manner. And a lot less pricey than other companies.

Great service from the team. They initially came out to clear a blocked drain. The job was more difficult than expected (due to the age of the house) but they persisted and made sure it was fixed.
Based on this great service I took the opportunity to get a quote on a new hot water service, which was booked in and completed a couple of weeks later. Again, they completed this work quickly and professionally and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Jake and Luke arrived early but within the window of time nominated - the advance notice of arrival time - gave me plenty of time to relocate my dog. They were both very professional, friendly and and provided a service that was very quick and efficient - couldn't fault any of it. New cistern and shower tap installed in short order. Excellent.
My initial enquiry was via Aquatek's online form - and I got a callback to schedule an appointment in about 15 minutes. I would absolutely recommend Aquatek to anybody requiring any plumbing services.

Called for a pressure check for possible leak. Arrived on time and completed check. Then quoted for new has
as ours very old and likely to die any time.Accepted quote and hws installed a few days later.Again on time completed job and tidied up the mess. Would recommend them for any plumbing work. Very professional.

I highly recommend this service. The plumbers identified and fixed our issue with low water pressure which other plumbers had not been able to help with in the past. They also installed a new instant hot water service, which we are very happy with. They were friendly, very professional, very thorough, and efficient in getting the job done.

Very happy with the service we received from Jake and Luke. First time we've used the service and we will definitely be calling them again. 2 friendly blokes working well as a team. Very transparent about price and checked with us at every step, explaining the options, so no surprises with the final cost. The new tap looks great, was installed quickly, and felt very comfortable with these guys in my home. Can definitely recommend.
