I needed my car seats and floors cleaned and a friend of mine recommended this company and am I glad he did. Given the reputation that this company already has, I was expecting them to quote me a service charge that would break the bank but to my surprise the pricing was well within my budget. On the day, Mark was on time and professional. Overall, the service was exceptional and the seats now appear super clean. I would def. be re-booking!

Mark and Tash responded to my request promptly and effiecntly. They were extremely polite and accommodating.
Mark was able to come to my house within 24 hours and clean my carpets. He was friendly and professional as well as quick yet thorough with my carpets.
The quality of the cleaning was amazing, he was able to remove some tough stains from the children spilling drinks and general high traffic area marks.
It has lasted me 12 months and my carpets are only just needing to be done again.

We have 2 children which spill food, drinks, milk on the carpet and its fairly dirty my little one got sick and vomited on the carpet which we could not get the smell or stain out. We contact capital chemdry they booked us in straight away came and did our carpet , the customer service is great very friendly. now they look as good as new they are fresh stain free and the smell is gone! Extremely happy and can not recommend them enough 🙂 from now on will only be using capital chemdry. 🙂

While cleaning he managed to spray chemicals all over my tv, hifi speakers and other items. Didn't mention it to me or make any effort to clean it up. Overall the job was rushed, result subpar and experience poor. I'll be using someone else next time, in fact I am probably going to have the couch done again as it doesn't look or smell clean.
