The quote is applied for general house cleaning, with the standard conditions of your house. 3. 20% OFF for weekly house cleaning and 15% OFF for fortnightly house cleaning are calculated in the cleaning rates. Daniel and his team are excellent. Many cleaners seem to do a great job the first few times but then the standard can deteriorate. Not so with Gift4mum. They always do an excellent job and are very obliging if one wants something extra/different. Very highly recommended.

An incredibly poor service.
We ordered a deep clean service for the bathroom and kitchen.
❌ Did not clean shower tiles
❌ Did not use eco friendly productsroducts and just used bleech
❌ Used the same dirty bleech rag to wipe the inside of the microwave and then started to do the trays of the oven. We had to tell him to stop
❌ Kitchen and bathroom sink not cleaned
❌ When calling the owner he said it was a miscommunication even though we called to confirm what we needed done
❌ Charges extra as they said GST was not included on the website

We booked the cleaning service based on the positive reviews of this company. What can I say - I am not impressed, and certainly will not be coming back. Probably it is okay if you are renting and want to have an end of lease cleaning, but certainly not the level of cleanliness you want for your own home. We have hard floors throughout - not cleaned well at all, with stains left throughout. If the dirt does not come off with a light wipe of the cloth - they will not clean it. The rangehood is all sticky with left over grease film, the gas stove is stainless steel, and even that they didn't make
