From the first phone call to the last job, these guys were the best !!!!!. Professional and really know their business. But most important, respectful, patient, neat and tidy . Very good. The office staff were very helpful and prompt to assist with all queries and the quote, even working in the evening from home. The installers were courteous, friendly and took into account our wishes, rather than trying to push an agenda that was easiest for them. I would have no hesitation recommending this company all day.

Contacted the CTC technical support and Joel was extremely helpful & professional.
Was referred to Secusafe Tech support where they provided further support in setting up my system.
Very happy with our system now it's up & running and very thankful for support I received from the CTC - Technical support team.

I sought guidance to replace my aging home alarm system. When I called their representative, Joel, he spent some time explaining the various options available. As a result I bought the Bosch Solution 6000 alarm system with some optional modules. The system was fairly easy to install and is functioning very well. Minor issues encountered were resolved by one of their very helpful staff, thanks Sam.
